Who we are
MaxSimple is a service that computes systems of knowledge about the person. We reproduce the rules of these systems by calculation; this policy describes how we handle your data — with the same transparency we apply to everything else.
What we collect
Account: email and password. The password is stored only as an irreversible hash (bcrypt) — we cannot read it.
Birth data of profiles: date, time, and place of birth. We treat these as sensitive personal data and handle them accordingly: they never appear in logs, are never quoted in internal documents, and are used for nothing except your calculations.
Calculation results: stored linked to your account and visible only to you.
What we do not collect
No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no cookies beyond the technically necessary session.
Where data lives
In a database behind authentication (Render infrastructure). Every request is isolated per user: other people's data is inaccessible technically, not merely by policy.
Third parties
One. When resolving the coordinates of a birth place, the place name (and only the name — no date, no time, no account) is sent to the Nominatim geocoding service (OpenStreetMap). This happens only on your explicit button press and is stated directly in the interface.
What we do not do
We do not sell data. We do not share it. We do not use it for advertising. We do not build anything on it that is not described here.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data. Write to us — we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will not apply retroactively to data already collected.
